Yes, we take both in office and telehealth appointments.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept almost all insurances from Buckeye, Caresource, Aetna, United Health Care, Humana, Medicare (Part B), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shields, Ameri-Health, and United Behavioral Health. For a detailed list please contact us and we will make sure your insurance is accepted.
